Privacy Policy

Our Services allow Chatbot owners to increase user engagement through a CRM with powerful campaign management. For example, an agency or Chatbot owner may want to setup a time-sensitive promotional campaign. This can be done by scheduling a message to be sent from the Chatbot to all, or select users, based on their timezone.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use and share your information across our websites, APIs, email notifications, applications, and other covered services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”), and from our Framework and Platform partners.

For example, you send us information about your Chatbot and its users when you use our Services on the web, or from an integrated Chatbot Framework or Platform. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This includes any information you choose to provide that is deemed sensitive under applicable law.

When this policy mentions “we” or “us,” it refers to the controller of your information under this policy. Your information is controlled by MetaCert Inc., 4130 Fox Creek Ct., Danville, CA, 94506 U.S.A. MetaCert is a cybersecurity company that built and maintains bCRM.

Despite this, you alone control and are responsible for adding Chatbot user information and for the posting of your Messages and other content you submit through the Services, as provided in the Terms of Service and bCRM Rules.

If you have any questions or comments about this Privacy Policy, please submit a request via email to help@bcrm.com.
